Refund policy

All sales are final. HYD BY MSL bags are made in limited runs, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, fit or color preference. Please review the product photos, descriptions and this policy before placing your order.

Damaged or defective items

If your bag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email hello@hydbymsl.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm the defect, we will repair or replace the bag. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The nature of full-grain leather

Every bag is cut from full-grain leather, and no two hides are the same. Natural variations in grain, color, markings and texture, especially in the vintage-inspired Rodeo leather, are part of the material's character and are not considered defects. Both leathers soften and relax with wear.

Order cancellations

Because each drop is limited, all orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email hello@hydbymsl.com right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
